Receptionist Administrator

We are looking for a receptionist / administrator with front of house/reception and administration experience, the successful candidate must be able to prioritise their own workload as you will also be responsible for a number of administrative duties. You will be required to work Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 with an unpaid half hour lunch break, meaning you will be working 37.5 hours per week. The rate of pay is £8.21 per hour. Duties to include: Professionally answering all incoming calls and transferring the calls to the designated personnel in a timely manner (My client has a telephone system where incoming calls are automatically diverted to different departments meaning the number of inbound calls answered in this role are minimal) Signing in and out of all visitors and making staff members aware of their arrival. Booking travel and accommodation for staff members (this is a major part of the role so having previous experience of booking travel and accommodation will be beneficial) Dealing with inbound / outbound post and couriers General office administrative and reception duties Person Specification. Professional telephone manner. Reception and administration experience. Proficient in all Microsoft applications. Working from 9am to 5pm - Monday to Friday.
