Practice Administrator

Responsibilities of our Practice Administrator include: The post holder will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of administrative duties which include meeting and greeting customers, organising meetings, booking appointments, writing letters and preparing reports, collating and managing information and ensuring efficient systems of office organisation are in place. Skills & Experience required by our Practice Administrator: The post holder will act as a focal point of contact and be responsible for the dissemination of information, messages and enquiries, liaising with visiting professionals and with people at all levels of the organisation, so should have excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to flexibly support the whole team.
