FMCG DEPOT ADMINISTRATOR (ColdChain)

A DEPOT ADMINISTRATOR is required for permanent employment based in Westmead. INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE ColdChain/Logistics, FMCG, Perishable food stuffs etc ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Monthly / weekly / daily cost control and monitoring of Ops depot’s expenditure via relevant reports. Assist with project related activities Ensure integrity and completeness of Ops depot’s costs at month ends through cost centre scrutiny, and ensuring adequate levels of accruals Month end journal preparation MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Administrative qualification would be beneficial and preferential Grade 12 (Matric) 3-5 years’ experience in a Depot Administrator position (or similar). Strong computer literacy; MS Office Advanced Excel Skills (Tables, Formulas, Pivots etc) Market related basic available R10 000 - R15 000 pm (Neg max) Interested?
