Support Specialist Tier II

Duties & Responsibilities Our client in Pinetown is looking for a Support Technician Tier II to join their company. Requirements: BSc IT Degree/Diploma 3 Years of experience in IT Support Microsoft OS (various versions) Good knowledge of network, firewall Basic knowledge of a scripting language. Duties & Responsibilities: Support of Field Consultants and help desk Test new solutions, software and hardware Test existing solutions for bugs and analyze them Oversee National Pilots and assist Regional Pilots Assist in QA of new releases. Test and configure POS hardware Work closely with development. Address enhancements to POS OS and environment.
