Finance Administrator

Responsibilities: a) General Business b) Finance and general branch administration c) Asset Management . d) People Management e) Petty cash & cash book f) Control Invoices and POD’s. g) Credit notes / Returns / Refunds h) Manage stock takes. i) General admin and filing. Key Responsibilities: a) Provide responsible administrative support including conducting analyses of a wide range of departmental activities. b) Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOP) are followed and implemented at branch level. c) Develop, implement and keep updated all financial policies and procedures including internal control procedures of the branch. Desired Experience & Qualification Minimum academic qualification: Matric Qualifications as an added advantage: Finance Qualification. Experience required: i. General work experience (years):3 years finance administration. ii. Specific to the position (level/discipline/years): iii.
