Key Performance Areas: Ensure efficient operation and manning of the switchboard. Ensure the reception area appearance and functionality are managed efficiently. Ensure all administrative requirements are attended to competently. Ensure efficient assistance is given to the Accounts Department, when required Minimum Requirements: Professional, enthusiastic and well presented Fluent in English. Preference will be given to candidates who are available immediately. Minimum three years working experience in an office environment, including experience in a Reception position. Sound Computer Literacy skills, particularly in MS Word and Excel. Good communication skills, both verbal & written Proven track record of honesty, confidentiality and integrity. Only South African citizens need apply.
