Lead Administrator

● Joint Personnel Administration Establishment Admin - Monitor, update and amend position hierarchies, organisation hierarchies and un JPA Unit Personnel List as required. ● JPA HR Administration - co-ordinate Assignment Orders for permanent staff, liaise with the respective Service Centres, update the Defence Academy Management Information & Establishment Network (DAMIEN) database, support and maintain Medal Register and upload Assignment Order against respective person position. ● Branch Archives, reporting any IT, Office Machinery and Telecom faults. ● Typing, Word Processing, Filing, Photocopying, Scanning and transmission of faxes. ● Production, amendment and maintenance of any assigned spreadsheets and databases. ● Recording, distribution and despatch of mail. ● Ad hoc responsibilities as specified by their Team Leader Knowledge and Experience: ● Previous Administration and/or Secretarial experience - essential. ● Ability to demonstrate manipulation of data - essential. ● PC literate, with a good level of experience in MS Office including Outlook (essential), Word (essential), Excel (essential) and Power point (desirable).
