SERVICE TEAM LEADER – REFIGERATION

Service Team Leader will be responsible for providing clients with the best possible technical support. Responsible for developing and driving growth by securing service contract clients, ensuring quality of service and continual improvement Duties:  Co-ordinate department resources and prioritization.  Manage effective systems to control time, cost and quality.  Control routine service invoicing and targets, monthly management reporting on performance  Customer feedback, reporting, estimate, quote and follow up of items identified during servicing  Responsible for all routine service supervision of HVAC plant and equipment.  Maintain and determine warranty service requirements .  Control of Service Department resources  Ensure compliance to Health, Safety and Environment.  Implement and develop ISO 9001 principles  Train and develop service staff in terms of company quality standards and technical skills required to perform tasks. Qualifications and Experience:  Technical Trade Qualification - Such as Refrigeration, Electrical, Millwright, etc.  Grade 12 or technical equivalent.  In-depth knowledge of Central HVAC Plant & Chillers required.  5-7 years post trade test experience in the HVAC, refrigeration or maintenance industries  3-5 years of experience in staff management, performance management and leadership and currently in a technical supervisory role.  Drivers License: Code B  Computer literacy.
