Motherland Furniture is looking for a qualified Bookkeeper to start immediately. Based in Hilton, this role would include but are not limited to: RESPONSIBILITIES • Bookkeeping responsibilities; • Sales revenue - Create customer invoices, follow up and reconcile payments. • Expenses - match purchase orders / supplier invoices, reconcile statements • Full control of Pastel Debtors and Creditors • Preparing of monthly reports. • Petty cash for all branches • Reconciliation and submission of VAT returns • Maintaining business bank account. • Monthly wages and salaries on Pastel payroll • Submission of monthly EMP201 • Annual and Bi-Annual EMP 501 • Annual return or earnings. REQUIREMENTS • Degree in Accounting/Bookkeeping a must • At least 3 years’ experience in Accounting/Bookkeeping. • Solid Pastel Accounting/Payroll experience essential. • Traceable references • Own transport essential.
