Front Office Manager

- Equivalent to grade 12 – Excellent written English and written skills. Skillful in the art of writing to compose reports, correspondence, business letters - Excellent mathematics skills are required to be able to compile and analyse budgets and hotel figures . - Equivalent to Grade 12 and tertiary degree, First Language – Excellent communication skills in English language – verbal, written and in presentations - Grade 12, and tertiary diploma in hospitality management or a two year business degree or at least 5 years management experience within the hotel industry. - Competent in operating a computer and entering data, skilled in letter writing and communicating effectively. Highly organised and approachable on all levels. Strategic planning, complex problem resolution and general management expertise. Ability to positively influence people and collaborate partnerships and provide thought leadership. Have held a position in Front Office Assistant Manager/Management or similar for at least three years. Must have a valid driver’s licence and own reliable vehicle.
