My client, a catering company in Epping is seeking a Chef to run a very busy kitchen. Work hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm / Saturdays and after hours on request, depending on functions. They cater for the following: - Weddings - Cocktail Parties - Birthday Parties - Product and Company Launches - Corporate and Boardroom events - Private Parties. - Buffets - Gourmet Catering for any occasion. Requirements: At least 5 - 8 years experience within the same role Must have supervised staff. Must have a drivers license. Duties: Managing Kitchen staff. Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes of a high standard. Quality Control. Salary: R12k. Must have the ability to work in a pressurised environment.
