LITERACY Must be able to read and write in order to understand orders, stock sheets and requisition forms. Graveyard Chef de Partie. NUMERACY Basic mathematic skills are required to be able to do basic count of stock items. Excellent communication skills in English Language –Ability to effectively present information and lead a group of people. Physically fit to walk and stand for long hours and able to lift, carry equipment up to 20 kg. EDUCATION/ FORMAL TRAINING To know excellent food handling, food hygiene and kitchen technology COMPETENCY A positive, flexible attitude to work is essential, as is the ability to work well under pressure in the kitchen.
