Customer Service Agents

Your new role You will act as an operational Customer Account Manager for the businesses clients in collaboration with the external sales staff to deliver excellent service and end to end communication to the companies client base. You will provide the highest standard of service at all times including processing sales orders, providing order updates, stock control, technical support, up-selling and dealing with any enquiries. You will take ownership and responsibility for customer cases, demonstrate a high level of product knowledge and manage queries and customer concerns to bring to a resolution. What you'll need to succeed. You will be an experienced customer service and administration focused professional who has worked in fast paced high volume roles. You will possess strong problem solving solving skills and be able to work with accuracy and attention to detail. You will be a confident communicator who is proactive, forward thinking and has the ability to build strong working relationships. You will have excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel.
