Sales & Service Associate

Candidate requirements: • Must be presentable, sales and service orientated. • Ability to work without constant supervision. • Self-motivated and high level of self discipline • Experience in retail and Apple / consumer electronics will be an advantage • Must be able to move between Tygervalley and Canal Walk stores if needed Job Duties (includes but not limited to): Sales: Maximise store sales of hardware, accessories and repair services: • Converting in-store walk-in customer enquiries to sales • Generating leads through various channels • Follow up with clients • Cross-sell and up-sell products and services Customer service consulting: • Device book-in, problem diagnosis, repair quotations • Respond to all customers in a timely and professional manner • Ensure all processes are followed • Manage client expectations throughout all engagements Stock procurement and administration: • Maximise store turnover and profitability • Ensuring all stock procedures followed • Order required spare part and accessory stock • Manage store inventory • Undertake monthly stock-takes and associated recon processes • Daily cash-ups, Vend opening and closing reconciliations General: • Ensure all stock is professionally merchandised • Ensure store is clean and stock professionally presented at all times • Maintain and promote the Experimax brand
