Property Rentals Administrator

Reference: CPT001558-ML-1 A successful development company based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ an experienced Rental Administrator to manage a rental portfolio. Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities (Not limited to): Liaising with rental agents on new rental agreements. Arranging move-in & move-out inspections. Issuing of monthly rental & water recovery invoices. Managing queries from tenants. Filing. Update Rental Schedules. Chasing outstanding payments. Issuing warning letters & fines. Customer Statement Recons. Ad-hoc duties as per management. Requirements: Matric. At least 2 years’ experience within a similar position. Pastel Partner Accounting package experience. Own vehicle.
