Duties & Responsibilities Rental Administrator A successful development company based in the Northern Suburbs is seeking to employ an experienced Rental Administrator to manage a rental portfolio. The following will apply. Requirements: Matric. At least 2 years’ experience within a similar position. Pastel Partner Accounting package experience. Own vehicle. Duties: Liaising with rental agents on new rental agreements. Arranging move-in & move-out inspections. Issuing of monthly rental & water recovery invoices. Managing queries from tenants. Filing. Update Rental Schedules. Chasing outstanding payments. Issuing warning letters & fines. Customer Statement Recons. Ad-hoc duties as per management.
