Field Service Technician

Minimum Requirements: · 2 – 5 years’ of technical and supporting experience. · A+, N+ certifications (MCSE advantageous) · ITIL v3 Foundation (advantageous) · Experience supporting Office 365, Win10, Win7 and other MS Applications · Relevant OEM certifications. · Experience working with Microsoft software · Presentable with good communication skills · Able to work independently without direct supervision. · Motivated and organized with customer oriented and service focus. · Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. · Good administration and time-management skills. Experience In The Following Technology Areas Are Essential. · Office365 · Active Directory. · Windows 7 and 10 · Hardware technical support (OEM certifications advantageous) · Microsoft Office applications.
