Financial Business Analyst

Role Purpose: Provide financial business analysis services which support business objectives. Experience & Qualifications: Bcom in Accounting or 3 year National Diploma in Accounting or Finance Business Analyst Qualification. 3-5 years’ experience as a business analyst with insurance or financial services environment. Experience in creation of business and functional specifications Responsibilities: Identify, investigate and analyse problems faced by business and product owners; propose documented solutions that fully address the business requirements needed to optimise the business. Accountable for soliciting requirements and solution design through conducting requirement session (JAD), interviews and reviewing existing documentation. Collaborate with stakeholders to document business process maps, business requirement definitions and business requirements specifications. Critically evaluate business processes in order to establish time and cost parameters and make innovative recommendations that will positively impact the business.
