Knowledge Systems Services Analyst

Duties & Responsibilities Requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent. B.Com or equivalent with a focus on Business Information Systems. Business Information Systems Microsoft Office. Sharepoint or other file sharing. Platforms and Content Management Systems Enterprise Search Systems; SEO/Google Analytics Responsibilities: Client-focused attitude, always striving to deliver the best customer service; Ability to check all content for accuracy and cohesiveness; Attention to detail – The correctness of spelling, punctuation, and grammar Enforcement of house style rules Ensure all published content meets quality standards. Creative eye, i.e. able to identify when an image is not aligned or needs to be re-cropped, choosing the appropriate template. Effective and efficient information retrieval skills Highly organized and able to work to a tight time schedule and within the process environment; Computer literate and comfortable with technology Good communication skills, both written and oral – will support in dealing with stakeholders; Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve issues. Must have experience with proof-reading documents of work being extended to internal and external clients .
