Sales Administrator

Sales Administration, reports to: Business Owner co based in Stikland, Cape Town, is looking for a Sales Administrator with ± 2 years sales/admin experience. Duties: • Manage all enquiries telephonically and electronically from customers & potential customers • Scheduling appointments with clients: dairy management. • Complete Quote requests • Invoicing • General Admin. Key competencies and minimum requirements (knowledge, skills and qualifications) • Matric / Grade 12 Certificate. • Valid drivers’ licence and reliable transport essential. • 2-3 years’ experience in sales, lead generation, sales administration or marketing. • PC literate, proficiency in all MS Office packages, including MS Outlook with advanced MS Excel. • Solid experience and knowledge in office procedures and protocol with the ability to enforce, maintain and manage on a daily basis • Good administrative skills. • Excellent Business Communication and Writing skills in both English and Afrikaans • Well spoken in both languages with an accent • Excellent time management, such as planning and organising skills Personal Attributes. • Ability to work without constant supervision • Apply high level of confidentiality and professionalism. • Meticulous with attention to detail and high level of accuracy. • Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. • Ability to use own discretion and initiative (creative thinker) • Customer orientated. rene@homescope.co.za
