Gallery Administrator

Job Description: • To maintain a complete and accurate stock and client database. • To provide general office administration services as required • Maintaining website and social media platforms • Photography of stock for website • Assistance in the gallery as required • Client engagement . Requirements: • Grade 12. • Highly computer literate: Excel, Outlook, Word • Highly responsible, with the ability to meet tight deadlines! • Very strong organizational skills, must be able to multi-task • Strong administrative skills • Strong communication skills (must be able to speak fluent English) • Must be physically fit to carry, transport and hang art pieces • Positive can-do attitude. • Creative flair would be an added advantage. lindy@artpro.co.za
