Due to continued development an established company is currently recruiting an Office / Stores Administrator to join a small team based in Bellville. This role is Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5pm. The company is looking for an experienced administrator who has attention to detail and is good at data processing. Working within a small, friendly and busy team responsibilities will include: Input data Reviewing information and cross-checking to ensure accuracy of information. Raising sales orders. Chasing information from Customers / Suppliers Supplier Statement Reconciliation. Customer claims co-ordination Checking stock/arranging storage of stock Personal Qualities: Capable of working under own initiative within a small team. Excellent communication skills. Positive "can do" approach to problem-solving An eye for the detail combined with the ability to appreciate the bigger picture. Honesty and integrity.
