Legal Admin Clerk

The role of the administrator/legal clerk is to provide full support to the case working team and senior management. This will contribute to the on-going success of the business, ensuring a high standard of client care is provided at all times. The case working team represent corporate and private clients on SA immigration applications and visa appeals. Duties include: - Maintaining databases - Archiving files - General Admin - Postal Duties - Caseworker support and form filling - Taking Telephone calls and notes - Office maintenance . - Meeting and Greeting clients Requirements · Must be highly organised and motivated. · Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. · Must be proficient in MS Office and have previous experience in an office environment.
