Sous Chef

My client, a luxury 5* lodge situated in the Madikwe Game Reserve in North West is looking for a Sous Chef to join their kitchen brigade. Must have Matric with formal chef / culinary qualifications; 3 - 5 year's experience in a similar role in a 5* property; excellent all-round knowledge of food preparation and be computer literate. You will be responsible for the planning and direction of the food preparation in the kitchen; will be required to deputize in the Head Chef at Assistant Head Chef's absence and ensure all kitchen operations run smoothly. Single live in position with accommodation offered on site. 42 days on / 14 days off cycle.
