The above vacancy is at Nietverdiend, North West * Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification * Retail Management / Business Diploma adv * Retail management experience in an AGRI env. * Management / Supervisory exp * Proven track record of driving sales * Stock management experience. * Knowl of Merchandising principles and Space optimisation * Planning and implementation of promotional activities. * Industrial Relations and Employee Relations exp. * Relevant Operation, Administration and Financial Management. * Computer Literacy in MS Office and Intermediate Excel . WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: * Ensure profitability by achieving the expected standards on sales and income through the daily management of retail staff productivity within the branch. * Management, control and optimisation of stock to drive sales . * Optimise service processes within the branch to enable staff to provide excellent customer service. * Continuously meet all service evaluation criteria * Ensure optimum trade operating profit is achieved by effectively controlling and managing all store expenses. * Recruit, develop and manage direct reports * Bi-annual assessment of staff performance.
