Administrative Clerk / Secretary Post

Permanent Post available for an Administrative Clerk/Secretary for a cleaning company in Rustenburg. Must have good computer skills. Duties include: switchboard, booking of appointments, stock control (receiving/ordering/issue), keeping safety files up to date, checking vehicle inspection forms, equipment checks, notice board update, prepare documents such as toolbox talks/ PTO's/ Meeting minutes/ TMM Checklists and general office duties. Salary R7000, working Mon-Fri from 07:00 to 16:00. cv@infopersonnel.co.za
