This is a temporary role for a PA based in Richards Bay. Client Details. Working for a large corporate employer of choice. Description The key roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Providing PA support to a Director and their team Detailed international travel and accommodation bookings. Arranging Visas Managing diaries in multiple time zones Relationship management. Expenses Liaising with guests Profile. The successful candidate will be: Proactive IT literate. Proficient in MS Office Experienced in the use of SalesForce Discrete Able to prioritise workload A problem solver. Adaptable. HOURS - 8 -4 - MONDAY - FRIDAY.
