Overall Job Purpose :

The sales and marketing executive is a client facing role, responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the sale of Beef products to customers. The ideal candidate should be customer focused, build and maintain relationships, grow the customer base and provide high quality service to customers. The executive is also expected to grow market share and identify new opportunities for the company. The position also requires effective cross-departmental communication to ensure process efficiencies and client satisfaction. Potential to progress and grow role with company growth and new markets opening

Responsible for:

  1. Marketing and Selling Products
  2. Effective Communication internally across deparments and with clients
  3. Customer Service and going the extra mile for clients
  4. Problem Solving and ideation
  5. Administration, Planning and Organising
  6. Active Learning and new skill acquisition

Requirements :

Knowledge:

  • Industry knowledge (advantage);
  • Sales and Marketing knowledge;
  • Administration;
  • Highly IT Literate;
  • Management knowledge;
  • Customer relationship management;
  • Social perceptiveness;
  • Verbal and Numerical Literacy;
  • Communication skills.

Experience:

  • At least 4 -5 years’ experience;
  • A proven track record;
  • Food and Beverage industry (advantageous);
  • work-related experience;
  • customer facing experience;
