Personal Assistant/ Secretary

REQUIREMENTS • Computer literate (MS Office Word, Power Point, Excel and SAP) • Drivers License, own transport essential • Good communication and customer service skills EXPERIENCE • Good working knowledge of SAP • Experience as a management level secretary JOB ENTAILS The incumbent will be responsible for: • Personal Assistant to General Works Manager • Overseas and local travel arrangements • Scheduling of meetings, training, conferences and workshops. • Liaison with various stakeholders • Management report preparations • Cost Control. • Office Cash Management • General office administration and filing • Any other activities of a clerical nature.
