Entertainment Manager

To organise and co-ordinate the sport, entertainment and any other activities and programs which may be required in hospitality to guests; • To maintain organisation, discipline and control in the execution of all tasks/duties in the department. . + Accommodation – Live In + Provident Fund – After Employed for 3 Months. Minimum Requirements:  Must have excellent ability to communicate in English;  Woman between 21 – 30 years old;  Must be able to play a music instrument;  Strong Personality. Responsibilities and Duties: • Organise and co-ordinate walking paths, MTB trails, Horse Riding trails, BMX and all other; • Provide an ongoing and active Public Relations function with all guests; • Preparing in advance for the entertainment of the guests; • Draw up sports and entertainment programs; • Health, Safety & Security of the guests and work colleagues at all times; • Liaising between staff of Entertainment department and management, passing on instructions or information, as well as ensuring the wellbeing of the staff within the department; • Being creative with Quizzes, Games and other Entertainment with guests; • DJ or MC special evenings (functions, corporate or government conferences, weddings); • Events planning and/or coordinating (functions, conferences, weddings, gala events).
