Executive Chef

Minimum Requirements:  Qualifications/Experience.  Previous experience in a similar position  Excellent track record of running kitchens.  Previous fine dining experience.  Contactable references.  Must be flexible and adaptable and be confident. Responsibilities and Duties:  Review food and beverage purchases, develop and standardise recipes, maintain safety and sanitation in the kitchen, maintain equipment, design food presentation aesthetics, plan and prepare special menu items, choose menu designs and determine menu prices;  Supervise all kitchen workers;  Prepare meals in the kitchen and delegate work to other chefs and cooks during the kitchen’s busy times;  Oversee clean up and record the day's sales;  Good customer service skills;  The ability to lead and manage a diverse group of people;  Should have good personal hygiene since they must work in sanitary conditions;  Excellent communication skills.
