Sales Manager: Mthatha

Purpose of the role:

Ensure growth of bread sales in the informal market and that delivery of is made on time and in full.  This position reports in to the Regional Sales Manager. Due to the nature of the role, being fluent in Xhosa is essential. 

Minimum requirements:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a FMCG Managerial position
- HR and IR management experience
- Generic sales experience (preferably FMCG)
- Sales Management/Business Management Qualification

- Fluent in Xhosa

Responsibilities:

- Increase sales volumes
- Increase Customer satisfaction
- Monitor and manage routes

Position specific requirements:

- Pressurised environment
- 6-day position
- Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays as the business requires
- Based at site with requirement to visit customers
- Relationship building is imperative
