Sous Chef

Sabi Sands. Recognised formal culinary qualification. At least 3 - 4 years chefing experience. At least 2 years as a Sous Chef/Senior CDP at a 5* Property, ideally lodge. A passion for cooking. Good knowledge of HACCP and Hygiene. Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate fully in English (written and spoken). Computer literate: MS Word and Excel. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, coordinate, execute and follow up. Extensive knowledge on control over stock, wastage, waste disposal and breakages. Excellent time management skills. - Creating fine dining dishes - Supervising and training of kitchen staff and team - Buffet meals and presentation. - Responsible for the kitchen and team. Package includes: Medical Aid and Provident fund contributions. Uniform. Meals and Accommodation. 6 weeks on and 2 weeks off Salary Type Monthly Salary R12 000 - R14 000 DOE Live in Start Date Immediately
