Duties & Responsibilities The Ideal Candidate: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible to ensure the effective coordination of the sales, ordering and delivery functions in his/her area through the application of expert knowledge, planning and control to ensuring the quality of sales to customers. He/she acts as the primary contact between the company and customers and coordinates the administration of the sales agents working under him/her. He/she is responsible for the management of company’s resources under his/her control. Plan annual, monthly and weekly activities of Sales Department. Keep and maintain sound relations with staff on all levels. Advise and assist Sales agents on budgets for capital projects. Compile monthly and annual reports for the department.
