HR PRACTITIONER

Exp: Human Resources: 5 years (Required) Education: Bachelors (Preferred) Licence: Driver's License (Required) Language: English (Required) Afrikaans (Required) Minimum requirements: Own reliable transport to our office in Montague Gardens. Degree in Human Resource Management Excellent written and verbal communication skills At least 5 years’ experience as an HR Practitioner Contactable References. Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English. Responsibilities: Facilitate the management and promotion of fair and sound Labour Relations. Drive performance outcomes and compliance Review, interpret and implement HR policies and procedures. Facilitate organisational transformation and change management initiatives. Monitor and evaluate the implementation of HR strategies Provide advisory services to management on HR matters. Manage organisational performance management system Monitor and review HR risk plan. Monitor compliance to all HR related legislation Ensure a positive and constructive culture. Competencies: Knowledge and skill of HR profession and labour legislation Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Personal accountability and emotional intelligence Teamwork and collaboration. Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication and reporting capability Results focused Organized, detail orientated and efficient Conflict handling/ negotiation.
