Technical Support Agent

Duties: Support service providers nationally remotely regarding software and hardware issues. Software upgrades. Log queries on behalf of clients. Ensuring compliance to internal and external Policies and Procedures and Regulations with all related Regulatory Authorities. Apply knowledge of Central Electronic Monitoring System (“CEMS”) effectively. Good customer service by understanding customer expectations and dealing with their concerns timeously. Requirements: Grade 12. English, Afrikaans with a third language would be advantageous. 2 Years or more experience in technical support environment. Technical troubleshooting experience. Clear Criminal & Credit Records. Successful candidates must be willing to apply for gambling license with the assistance of the company and receive license in order to work in this industry. Shifts are rotational and based on the following: 08h00 - 17h00. 12h00 – 21h00 17h00 – 02h00. Shifts are rotational and employees are scheduled to work 6 days on, 3 days off.
