OFFICE ADMIN / FRONT DESK -Milnerton [WC] Job purpose: - To capture and process all service related queries. - Efficient execution of all service related tasks. - Checking new applications for completeness and validity of documentation submitted by channel partners and/or sales executives. - Attending to and resolving queries regarding new applications and/or changes to existing client sites or contracts including company name changes, migrations, etc. - Updating of all existing clients’ contact persons and information onto the database. - Customer liasons and Customer service in a professional manner. - General administration duties. REQUIREMENTS: - Must have matric - Must be strong in Excel and Microsoft office - 2 years telecoms industry or similar role - A Valid Driver’s license - Proven track record in a customer service environment. - Well spoken, articulate over the phone – Strong Customer service skills - Must be fluent in English and Afrikaans PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES - Strong Administrative and organisational skills. - The ability to work alone and be self-motivated. - Friendly, with the ability to interact with colleagues and customers at all levels. - Honesty, loyalty and trustworthiness with an attitude of constant improvement. - Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure. - Well represented Please send a mail to to receive application details.
