Admin Accounts Clerk

Admin Clerk - Milnerton. My client, a service delivery company, is seeking an Admin Clerk. The Employee's duties shall include but not be limited to the following – · To ensure that the following objectives are met o All admin related aspects of Cash and Account Customers. o Quotations for cash customers. o Capturing bank deposits for cash customers o Helping drivers with issues and queries they may have with doing daily work. o Helping customers with issues and queries they may have with regard to toilets being delivered, collected or serviced. o Running cash invoices daily, passing credit notes when necessary. o Follow up on debtors on a daily basis, o Running, checking and emailing all month end invoices and statements. o Backup to admin staff members when needed. o Various adhoc duties that may arise during the normal course of doing business.
