Employee Relations Manager

Duties & Responsibilities Qualifications required: Relevant HR qualification Post Graduate qualification in HR would be advantageous. Skills and experience required: Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an employee relations position. Must have experience representing the company at the CCMA Must have experience chairing disciplinary hearings In-depth knowledge of Labour Relations and Labour Law is a non-negotiable Job description: Consult with managers and employees on Labour Relations Represent the company at the CCMA Chair disciplinary hearings. Liaise with unions Get involved with the management of strikes Formulate and implement HR policies and procedures. Liaise with the department of labour Liaise with the labour court during litigation Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports Manage internal grievances.
