Manager: Card Products Support

Duties & Responsibilities Requirements: Matric 3 Year tertiary qualification Degree/Diploma Certificate in Banking is desirable. 5 Years minimum product service/support experience. Banking/Financial environment experience Experience in Card Product Support/Card Sales Support/ Bank Products Support. Experience in Card Product Support end-to-end processes and procedures. Key Performance Areas: To implement a card support implementation plan aimed at driving card product service levels to optimal levels to enable the bank to attract new customers and retain existing ones. To drive the implementation, adherence and achievement of card product SLA metrics To continually evaluate all card supporting processes and procedure and designing processes that enable the bank card products to remain competitive. To facilitate all card product continuous improvement initiatives that are aimed at improving service levels and customer retention Facilitate and manage the implement Pricing Policy and other card product compliance measures Stakeholder Management. To provide training on card products Package & Remuneration R Market Related .
