Desired Experience & Qualification MINIMUM EDUCATION Matric, Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology MINIMUM EXPERIENCE 4-5 years Information Technology experience in Data Management in financial institution. Package & Remuneration Market related salary Duties & Responsibilities CRITICAL COMPETENCIES Definition of the current Integration patterns Definition of the current integration services, both batch and near real-time between the Operational and Warehousing environment. Participate in Request for Information & Proposals (RFI & RFP) where new technologies are required Design, develop, test integration requirements Organisational understanding and alignment around emerging Integration technologies Harvesting of new Integration patterns Automation of Metadata harvesting Monitoring of Integration technical debt ADDITIONAL COMPETENCIES Analytical Data/Information acumen Project and value driven Mentoring junior team members. FUNDAMENTAL COMPETENCIES Self starter Work independently Thorough & meticulous Assertiveness Professionalism Metadata Define and document of the current Integration patterns.
