IT Support Technician

Provide assistance to computer users and maintain network systems. Resolving technical problems and maintaining company networks, software and computer equipment. Must have own transport, be presentable, have communication skills and be reliable. Job functions will include, but are not limited to, Onsite and remote support, Network design, Security management, reporting and troubleshooting Requirements: 3 - 5 Years’ experience in the IT industry. Solid knowledge and understanding of: Microsoft Windows LAN & WAN Structures. Windows Server. VOIP Cloud services Troubleshooting Networks. A+, N+ and MCSE or equivalent required.
