Duties & Responsibilities Deliver solutions to customer queries Process orders, conversion of quotes, answer emails and update customer details. Online conversion and support Timely and proactive handling of customer enquiries to prevent complaints Resolution of complaints should they arise Manage customer relationships. Capture and provide info relevant to customers Maintain and update customer contact data Identify and load sales leads Desired Experience & Qualification Matric. Customer Service / Call Centre qualification 2 + years experience in a Customer Service / Call Centre role Computer Literate. SAP experience. Communication skills.
