Remote Systems Support Technician (Sage 300 | RMS Support)

My client based in Midrand is seeking an IT Support Technician with strong RMS (Retail Management Systems) knowledge, must be coupled with Sage 300.

This role will be mainly focused on remote support and troubleshooting, with the occasional onsite work and assistance.

Education and knowledge requirements:

  • Matric
  • Relevant IT Degree or Diploma
  • Excellent knowledge of RMS (Sage 300 / Accpac) – NON-NEGOTIABLE
  • Own vehicle and valid driver’s licence
  • Minimum of 5 years experience working with RMS


  • IT Support, troubleshooting and resolving queries
