Sales Representative


As a specialist for renewable energy, generate sales of PV, Thermal and UPS products and services to installers, resellers, industrial, commercial and residential customers.



1. Achieving the individual, pre-agreed, monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Developing and implementing sales plans for all renewable energy related products and services with a strong focus on the unique Sirius Energy Module.

3. Developing plans to establish the UPS business as a strong 3rd pillar (next to Sirius sales and PV installations).



1. Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers; initiating actions to grow customer base.

2. Analyzing business opportunities for the Sirius Energy Module, PV, Thermal and UPS solutions.

3. Ensuring that contractual commitments to customers are met, and billing and collections executed properly.

4. Closely monitoring sales performance; investigating and correcting any deviation from agreed targets.

5. Continuously developing one’s understanding and know-how of the PV and UPS industry by attending internal and external training programs as well as through self-learning.

6. Adhering at all times to SOPs (standard operating procedures), internal reporting standards, site policies, safety programs and work practices.



Education: Secondary education; university studies are a plus.

Experience: At least 3 years’ experience in an EPC or in Sales in the Energy or Telecoms sector.
