Office Administrator

My client based in Midrand is seeking an office administrator to join their team. They are an events organisation and assist their clients in organising various events and conferences, including lighting, sound, audio visual and staging. 

Requirements:

  • Own vehicle and valid drivers license 
  • Matric - Tertiary qualification will be advantageous

Skills:

  • 2 years experience as an Office Administrator
  • Diary management 
  • Bookings - accomadation, flights ect
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office - Specifically Excel
  • Ability to organise and arrange the office
  • Assist clients with queries and concerns
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Welcome clients and arrange refreshments as and when required
  • Assist with invoicing, quotes and administration
