Temporary Exports Customer Service

Duties & Responsibilities Accurate processing of the following orders: Private orders, Government orders, consignment orders, invoices, Technical invoicing, nuclear, sample and marketing orders. Giving speedy response to customers regarding any queries Keep record of daily orders General sending of documentation on customer request. Liaising with various departments and service providers. Sending of delivery notes. Obtaining and sending of Proof of Deliveries Obtaining and sending shipping documents Adhering to cut-off times, and ensuring all order received prior to cut-off are processed Prompt answering to telephones and manage call overflow from switchboard. Timeous issuing of orders to Customer care on request. Assistance to returns and credits in their absence Desired Experience & Qualification Grade 12 Tertiary Qualification SAP & CRM experience essential Must have export Coordinating experience Must have sales experience Must be willing to work overtime Logistics experience Dat Capturing Strong Admin orientated.
