Administrator SHE

Introduction: The main purpose of this position is to manage the administration function within the SHE department of the organization. Responsibilities: • Database and system administration • Risk control support • Create and maintain filing (e-filing and manual) and archiving • Management of supplier of variphones on site • Manage and co-ordinate all Sec 37(2) contractors • General office administration and secretarial functions • Coordinating meetings and appointments • Compiling presentations and reports • Drafting and typing of correspondence for the Business Unit Manager • Typing and distribution of all team meeting minutes Qualification and Experience: • Minimum of Grade 12, with a Diploma in Office Administration or relevant secretarial qualification • Safety or Environmental Dip . loma / Degree would be advantageous • Basic knowledge of OSHACT and Environmental Legislation, ISO14001 • Good report writing skills. • High attention to detail . • Strong administration skills.
