HRD Practitioner

Introduction: The main purpose of this Human Resource position is to manage the organization’s learning programmes, including assessments and WSP/ATR reporting and submissions. Responsibilities: • Training and development of employees and learners. • Introduce and coordinate activities as specified in procedures related to competency profiles, assessments, moderation and record keeping • Develop and present training programmes • Maintain SETA standards and requirements in applied training. • Identification and addressing training needs • Take part or champion training projects • Manage learners and training programmes • Compilation and submission of WSP/ATR and discretionary grants • Develop career paths Qualification and Experience: • Minimum qualification of a degree in Human Resource Management / Development • OD ETDP qualification. • Assessor and Moderator (Advantageous) • 5 years’ experience (2 years training and 3 years trade or technical) • Understanding of the National Qualification Framework & QCTO and SETA’s • Knowledge of Quality Systems • Knowledge of Learnership & Apprenticeship training. • Curriculum design and project management skills. • MS Office and training systems skills • Presentation and Coordination of courses • Ability to deal with multiple tasks/priorities • Excellent communication and writing skills (English) • High attention to detail • Facilitation skills. jobs@gmctalent.co.za
