Contracts Administrator

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Matric + 3 years contracts admin experience; Related experience in projects environment Experience in engineering contracts; Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Contract Management. This level of service requires a professional person with a combination of flexibility and resilience. Ability to communicate and engage successfully. Demonstrable understanding of all interdependent project services functions including planning, contracts management, project accounting and document control; Demonstrable knowledge of project management concepts (experience on previous projects); and Computer skills. DUTIES: Contract administration: Monitor adherence to contract conditions and specifications. Monitor services as per the contract deliverables Evaluate work executed and process authorisation for payment. Maintain contracts management documents.
